(Ren\u00e9) van Hoogmoed (1953) heeft de HEAO gevolgd in Enschede en daarna rechten gestudeerd in Utrecht (afstudeerrichting staats- en administratief recht). Hij heeft het vak van onteigeningsdeskundige van zijn vader geleerd, die op 1 september 1958 als (eerste) zelfstandig opererende onteigeningsdeskundige in Overijssel is begonnen.<\/p><p>In 1977 is Ren\u00e9 begonnen met zijn werk als onteigeningsdeskundige-taxateur. In de loop der jaren is hij veelvuldig benoemd als rechtbankdeskundige, van rechtbanken Limburg tot Noord-Holland en van rechtbanken Zeeland &#8211; West-Brabant tot Noord-Nederland.<br \/>Eind 2023 is hij gestopt met zijn werkzaamheden als rechtbankdeskundige en als Register-taxateur (behoudens een aantal \u201cdoorlopende\u201d zaken).\u00a0<\/p><p>Gelukkig worden deze werkzaamheden voortgezet door zoon Sjoerd van Hoogmoed onder de naam Hoogstate Taxateurs en Rentmeesters B.V.: <strong><span style=\"color: #0a7ec4;\"><a style=\"color: #0a7ec4;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hoogstate.nl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.hoogstate.nl<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>Ren\u00e9 richt zich nu op algemene advisering vastgoed en daarmee annexe mediation. In het Landelijk Register Gerechtelijke Deskundigen is Ren\u00e9 ingeschreven als taxateur \/ onteigeningsdeskundige.<\/p><p>Als rentmeester NVR is Ren\u00e9 onderworpen aan tuchtrechtspraak van de
